Heart Of Darkness New Moon Ultra Ltd

Capt Ant reports the Heart of Darkness New Moon Special was absolutely as predicted, for the most part.  Once we got over the bar with the tide the bite was on….the catch, well that was another story.  Don’t get me wrong it, it was a stellar night and many had their limits, like Kiss of Death John who had 3, Don Mitchell who had a hot hand late, Jesus of the Elbow also had 3 (orl).  However we lost at least twice what we caught.  At one point we had 7 on a drift and broke all off.  Big fish, yes, improper tackle, yes, fighting tuna technique, yes, trying to catch rocks, you know it.  Frustrating, oh by all means:):)  That being said I believe every passenger had at least one and about 3-4 opportunities as the feed bag was most certainly affixed to the moo cows.
Pool winner was yet another BEHEMOTH caught by…………  The Pool Winner Steve Scanapico from Medford, NY with a 42.8lb|
Check out the pix and please make your reservations for our upcoming Behemoth trip Wednesday 8p as we will be headed back to the grounds to take yet another stab at the trophy linesiders!!!!
