Friday July 18 -1/2 Day Fishing PM

Captain Mike Ricker reports a nice trip on the Viking Starlite. We had a steady picking all afternoon and rods bending until the end.  People could catch nice jumbo Porgies and Sea Bass. We had a very nice afternoon on the water. Congratulations to our pool winner, Robert Cole from Niskayuna, NY with a 3 lb Fluke.

Thurs July 17 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Captain Dave reports an action packed day of fishing. We started down by the Lighthouse where the conditions were absolutely PERFECT. There, we had excellent Porgy fishing, and we also managed to catch some nice Flukes and Bluefish. Later, we headed offshore where we caught plenty of mix-sized Sea Bass. Congratulations to our pool winner, James Koeppel from Lindenhurst, NY, who caught a 3.3 lb Porgy.

Wed July 16 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM

Capt Mike reports steady fishing all afternoon on the Viking Star. We had good numbers of Porgy and Sea Bass. The fluke were biting, but but only a few keepers. There were a lot of kids on board catching fish! The pool winner was Ruben Garcia from Westbury, NY with a 3.6 lb Fluke.
