The anglers who were dialed in were able to fill a bucket… and everyone else picked away with 1/4-1/2 bucket full of tasty Extra Large Montauk Squid ! Sun Nov 9 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports an excellent fishing on the Viking Starship. Our morning began with an active fishing of Porgy, so we had a great mix of Porgy sized. Then we had many good-sized bites from Sea Bass. We also had Bluefish, Bonita, Mackerel and throw back Cod. We definitely had better fishing that yesterday. People went home with their bucket full for dinner. The first place pool winner was Willie Thomanson from Bronx, NY with a 3.2 lb Porgy.
