Thur June 20- Starlite Private Charter
Capt Dave reports a halfway decent day of fishing on today’s private charter. This was a mixed bag pick targeting Fluke and Porgies and we saw some good action. We threw back a lot of SeaBass this morning, but managed to keep a nice pile of large sized Porgies and a few keeper Fluke. The big fish on the boat today was a 5 lb Fluke.
Wed June 19 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM
Capt Carl reports a much tougher afternoon trip today. The afternoon breeze came up making a fast drift everywhere we went. We saw plenty of good size sea bass but had to throw them back and it was tough to get the Fluke to bite in a 2.0 kt drift.
