Montauk Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a slower day of fishing aboard the Viking Starship today. The first two drifts were really good and we got plenty of nice big porgies. Things slowed then and we had to bounce around quite a bit but we still managed to pull together a decent catch. There was lots of sea bass today and everyone got their sea bass limit. There was over a dozen keeper fluke and a keeper striper too. The pool winner was Pete Perchala from Huntington NY with a 3lb porgy!
