Montauk Jumbo Lighthouse Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports excellent porgy fishing by the lighthouse on the Viking Starship. We had really nice sized porgies early, then went offshore to look for sea bass. Sea Bass fishing was okay. They were mostly smaller, but some were up to 4lbs. We ended the trip back at the lighthouse for more jumbo porgies. The pool winner was Doug So from Hong Kong with a 3 1/2 lb porgy.
