Wed Nov 1 – Viking Starship

Capt Dave reports an okay day on the Viking Starship. We had to contend with the dirty water left over from the storm which made fishing was a bit tough. There was not much biting close by, so we took a ride further offshore where we found mixed size Porgies that were mostly mediums and pretty good Sea Bass action with fish up to 5 lbs. As the day went on it got better. We also had 2 Cod and some Bluefish. The pool winner was Cheng Sun Wah from Staten Island with a 3.1 lb Porgy.
