Block Island Cod & Sea Bass – Viking Star
Capt Steven Sr reports a good day on the Viking Star. We started out Cod fishing offshore where we had some trouble with the dogfish. After sticking it out awhile we headed back inshore where we had good luck with the Sea Bass. It was really good and we caught Sea Bass up to 5 3/4 lbs. The first place Cod pool winner was Rodney Franklin from Clarksburg, MD with a 12 lb Cod. The Sea Bass pool winner was Ray Rouito from Ridgefield, NJ with a 5.75 lber.
