Montauk Jumbo Lighthouse Porgies & Knothead Seabass
Captain Dave reports another excellent day of fishing aboard the Viking Starship. Porgy fishing was hot early in the morning close to shore and there was a few small seabass in the mix too. We then went offshore looking for seabass and there was great action there too. Everyone had their limits of nice sized sea bass in only one or two drifts. We had some nice mackerel too. The pool winner was Pete Sheridan with a jumbo 4lb scup and Jose Alvarez won the edible pool with a nice 4.5 lb seabass.
