Sat Aug 3- Lighthouse Jumbo Porgy and Seabass trip

Capt. Dave reports excellent Porgy fishing this morning. We started off by the Lighthouse and got almost only Porgies with some Seabass mixed in. We decided to try and get some Seabass so we went along the beach side to try something a little different and we caught loads of Porgies with some more Seabass. The Porgies seemed to be everywhere we went. We caught some Blues, along with a nice size Fluke, and tons of Mackrel. The Fluke pool winner was Keith “Fishslayer” from Jersey City, NJ with a 7.1 lb Fluke. The Porgy pool winner was Tony Vlashi from Astoria, NY with a 3.36 lb Porgy.
