Capt Dave reports a great day on the Viking Starship. We started out at the lighthouse and had difficult wind/tide conditions and a 3 knot drift. So we headed off to the SeaBass grounds and had plenty of action. Everyone had their SeaBass limit and we found more Porgies there than we have seen in awhile. We made a stop at the lighthouse on our way back and it was another BAIL JOB of BIG Porgies and some Bluefish! The first place pool winner was Jose Enrique from Bayshore, NY with a 2.6 lb Scup. The edible pool winner was Gordon Siess with a 3.8 lb SeaBass.
