Sat June 27- Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgy & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports an EXCELLENT day of fishing. Porgy fishing was fantastic with a nice range of sizes from large to Jumbo. We saw the best day of Sea Bass fishing that we have seen this  year so far. We had one keeper Fluke and lots of undersized Fluke that we threw back. A great weather day combined with fantastic fishing made for a boat of happy anglers!  Today’s pool winner was Chris Merz of Lindenhurst, NY who landed  a 3.4 lb Porgy. Second place was taken by Jake Cassel of New Hampton, NY with a 4.3 lb Sea Bass.  We are sailing DAILY at 5am . Reservations are required for all trips.
