Wed Aug 4 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass

Capt. Dave reports an excellent day onboard the Viking Starship. We started today at the lighthouse, catching a mix of medium and large Porgies. The Starship then ventured to the SeaBass grounds, where we caught plenty of SeaBass, 1/2 a dozen keeper Fluke, and nicer sized Porgies. Today’s edible pool winner went to Mr. Love from NYC with a 5lb Cod. Today’s Porgy pool winner went to Mr. Lee from Flushing, Queens with a 2.4lb Porgy.
