Thurs Sept 16 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass

Capt Dave reports great fishing on the Viking Starship. It was an all around good day with plenty of fish. We had tough conditions inshore and we couldn’t drift, but offshore was better. We had smaller Porgies out there with a bunch of really nice ones as well as quality Jumbo SeaBass. The first place pool winner was Steve Schwartz from the Bronx, NY with a 3.3 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Tak Ho from Staten Island, NY with a 6 lb Fluke.
