Sun Aug 20 – Full Day Block Island Fluke & Sea Bass

Capt J.R. reports a trip very similar trip to yesterday on the Viking Starlite for our Full Day Block Island Fluke & SeaBass.. We fished many different areas and found an abundance of big beautiful sea bass at all of the locations. The fluke bite was definitely better in the morning but we picked away at them most of the day. We had an easy boat limit of sea bass and some nice keeper fluke in the buckets to top things off. The first place pool winner went Juan Vaneriano from Shirley, NY with a 6 lb. Fluke. The second place pool winner went to Michael Dext from East Hampton, NY with a 3 1/2 lb. SeaBass.
