Wed Jan 24 – Winter Cod

Capt JR reports slow start to the day onboard the Viking Star. However, we did some traveling and found a lively area to get some fish in the boat. We captured lots of nice Cunners and picked some decent Cod and Mackerel. Definitely a positive sign and a great starting point for our trip on Saturday. The pool winner was Frank Ortiz from Patterson, NJ with a 6 lb Cod.
