Tue May 7 to Fri May 10 – Tile/Pollock Wrecks

Capt Steven Sr reports a great trip on the Viking Starship. On our first deepwater wreck we found Pollock and some Cod. It wasn’t a great start. On the next drop we were inundated with Sea Bass to start, but then had a really good shot of Barrel fish and Tiles. We hit the Tile ground and had one good drift, then the tide kicked in and mad it difficult to hold bottom. Day two we hit the wrecks for Pollock. There were so many Cod the Pollock didn’t have a chance! It was ridiculously good Cod fishing. There were also tons of Bergall’s in the mix. We have a 38 Hour Tile Express trip coming up this Friday and a 2 Day Deepwater Exploratory trip on Monday. Both trips have room, so come on out and get in on some good fishing!
