Sat June 29 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a decent day on the Viking Starship. We started out to the east drifting and had mixed size Porgies mostly on the smaller side. There were some good size Porgies along with mostly smaller Sea Bass. After that, we spent the rest of the trip under the lighthouse finding Large & Jumbo Porgies and some Sea Bass. The first place pool winner was John Luis from NYC with a 2 3/4 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Cornell Armstrong from Teaneck, NJ with a 4 lb Sea Bass.
