Tues July 23 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM

Capt. Carl reports another good afternoon of 1/2 day fishing on the Viking Star. The conditions were a bit funky in the beginning of the trip, so we stayed in some protected waters so that no one got sea sick and we picked up some nice KEEPER Flukes, as well as a bunch of shorts. Once the wind died down, we ventured off into some deeper water where we rounded out our catch with some Nice Big Black Sea Bass and Large Porgies! AND, we saw some dolphins swimming close to the boat again, so it was a great fun-filled afternoon on the water.  The pool winner went to Megan Hyland from Sayville, NY with a 4 lb Fluke.
