Fri Oct 25- Blackfish Bonanza

Captain JR reports an excellent start to the Blackfish season onboard the Viking Star. We easily had a boat limit of beautiful Blackfish with the sharpies having an EXCELLENT day. The more novice anglers struggled a bit, but most got the hang of it towards the end. Overall, it was very productive fishing in all the zones we fished and a wonderful way to start the fall haul. The first prize pool winner went to Michael Jung from Freeport, NY with  an 8 lb Blackfish. We sail every Friday and Monday on the Viking Star for our Blackfish Bonanza trip from 5am-3pm.
