Fri June 20 – Sunset Jigging for Striped Bass and Blues

Capt JR reports a pretty good night of jigging on the Viking Star. Early in the trip we had excellent action with Striped bass, Blues, Porgies, and a keeper Fluke keeping us very busy at the rail. The change of tide kind of calmed things down and we ended the trip picking at Striped Bass and Blues. Definitely not a bad night. The pool winner was Eric Ferrara from Yorktown Heights, NY with a 12 lb Striped Bass.
