Wed June 25 – New Moon Striped Bass

Capt Carl reports an EXCELLENT night of Striped Bass fishing on our New Moon special! We started off with diamond jigs and had lots of action with oversized Striped Bass, slot size keepers, and undersized Bass, as well as a bunch of big fun-fighting Bluefish! Once it got dark and we switched over to the LIVE EELS, it was game on with Solid Striped Bass every drift! We caught our boat limit as well as  many oversized fish to 35 pounds released safely and plenty of Bluefish for everyone! The pool winner was Michael Nicolini from Elmhurst, NY with a 15 lb Striped Bass.
