Tue July 29 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a good day on the Viking Starship. It was very good first thing at the lighthouse until the flood tide made for finicky fishing. We tried for Sea Bass in the deeper water up to 100 feet and had a few keepers for all. Definitely less little fish and more keepers in the deep. The pool winner was Cornelio Feliciano from Maryland with a 3.1 lb Porgy.
