Fri Aug 15 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports great fishing on the Viking Starship. We had excellent conditions the whole trip so we stayed right by the lighthouse for the trip. The Porgies were biting the whole trip and they were mixed size today with some small fish mixed in. There were also some Sea Bass, Fluke and Bluefish in the catch. The winner of both pools was Dammon Plummer from NJ with a 3.1 lb Porgy and a 5.1 lb Bluefish.
