Sat Aug 30 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Capt Mike reports a good trip on the Viking Star. The trip started with good action on Sea Bass and Fluke, but cooled during the tide change. Things picked up towards the end of trip with steady Sea Bass action. It was a mixed bag morning with Porgies, Sea Bass and a few Fluke in the buckets! The first place pool winner was 3 year old Simon Behr from Plainview, NY with a 5.4 lb Fluke. Second place pool winner was Maria Ramos from Shirley, NY with a 4.2 lb Fluke.
