Sat Aug 30 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports an okay day on the Viking Starship. It was a slow start offshore with a zillion small Sea Bass. So we looked around to the north of the lighthouse and we drifted and had mostly mixed size Porgies. We got in one last drift way north of the lighthouse and had medium size Porgies. The first place pool winner was Abel Najera with a 2.8 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Rafael Cash with a 5 lb Triggerfish.
