Sat Sept 7 – Full Moon Striped Bass

Capt JR reports an EXCELLENT night of trophy Striped Bass catching onboard the Viking Starship. It was a literal Striped Bass bonanza with big beautiful trophies bending rods up and down the entire 140 feet of the boat. Drift after drift the red hot action continued through the night. Although the fish were all way too big to keep, everyone had an absolute blast catching them. There were also some big Blues in the mix to keep things interesting. A truly spectacular night of catching. The pool winner was Marc Rodriguez from NYC with a 13 lb Bluefish.
