Mon Sept 15 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt Dave reports a FANTASTIC day of fishing today. It was our first day fishing over by Block Island and the fishing was fantastic! We got mixed size Porgies and Seabass the Seabass were more on the small side, but we then headed offshore where the fishing was incredible. We got really beautiful size Porgies and Seabass as well as Bonito fish, and Mackerel to round out the catch. The first place pool winner was Teddy Wilson from NY, with a 3.5 lb Porgy. The second place pool winner was Shakil Ahmed from Beneto, NY, with a 6lb Bonito. Person holding a large fish on a boat, smiling at the camera.
