Tue Sept 16 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt Dave reports very good fishing on the Viking Starship. The trip started out up close to Block Island and we got in three nice long drifts and found all of the Porgies we needed. There were small Sea Bass there and some Bonita. We headed offshore and picked away at Sea Bass on the anchor, with some Blues and Mackerel in the mix. The pool winner was Rohn from the Bronx, NY with a 3 lb Porgy.
