Sun Sept 21 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt. Steven Sr reports a tough start to the morning where we had a mix of Porgies and Seabass but not good conditions. We decided to head south for better conditions but found only small Seabass. After the tide change we went back to the spot we started at and had really good fishing. Plenty of beautiful sized Porgies and Seabass for everyone to take home. The first place pool winner was Abel H. from Jersey City, with a 3 lb Porgy. The second place pool winner was Roman Z. from Brooklyn, NY, with a 5 lb Triggerfish.
