Sat Sept. 27 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Captain JR reports a gorgeous morning of catching onboard the Viking Star. The wonderful weather brought us good action this morning with sea bass, porgies, and fluke keeping us busy. We captured keeper models of all the biting species with a few very nice fluke topping off the catch. A great morning to be out! The first place pool winner was Ryan Foster from Holbrook, NY, with a 6 lb Fluke. The second place pool winner was Rich Weltel from Holbrook, NY, with a 5.2 lb Fluke.
