Sat Oct 18 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports very good fishing on the Viking Starship. It was a slow pick everywhere we went, but the quality was really good. Large Porgies and nice size Sea Bass were everywhere we went. There were also about a dozen throw back Cod. The first place pool winner was Lou H. from Queens, NY with a 3.2 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Jose A. from Brooklyn, NY with a 4 lb Sea Bass.
