Sun Nov 2 – Blackfish & Sea Bass – Viking Star

Captain JR reports a good day on the Viking Star. We started the adventure with lots of big beautiful Sea Bass. Everyone had no issue getting a very nice limit of jumbo knot heads. The Blackfish portion of the trip was an ok pick. Some guys got a limit of nice togs with others picking a few nice keepers. The quality fall fishing has definitely begun. The first place pool winner was Peter Lombardi from Ridge, NY with a 5.5 lb Sea Bass. The edible pool winner was Mardo Quedo from Fairview, NJ with a 8.5 lb Blackfish.
