Sun Nov 23 – Blackfish & Sea Bass

Captain JR reports a so-so day on the Viking Star. We worked all around Block Island today and found some mixed sized Sea Bass pretty much everywhere we went. We also found a few drops with some STUD Blackfish on them, which we gladly welcomed aboard. It wasn’t a bail job, but everyone ended up with a decent catch. As always, some did much better than others. Definitely not a bad day. The Blackfish pool winner was Chi Sing Lai from Brooklyn, NY with a 6.5 lber. The Sea Bass pool winner was Rigoberto Atiencia from East Hampton, NY with a 4.5 lber.
