Sun Nov 1 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Another great day aboard the Viking Starship!  Captain Dave started the morning drifting the waters

close to Block Island, putting together a nice catch of mostly large Porgies, along with a handful of keeper Seabass.

In the afternoon, they headed offshore and made one drop, finding a steady bite, adding some beautiful keeper Seabass along with afew more keeper Porgies.

A productive day on the water and plenty of smiles all around. Thank to everyone who came out fishing with us!

Congratulations to our pool winners!

First place goes to Neptali Transporte of New Jersey with a 2.5lb Porgy.

Second place goes to Gerard Moore of NY, NY with a 3.5lb SeaBass.
