1/2 Day Fishing – PM Capt Joe reports a tough afternoon on the Viking Star. We had a strong west wind with a hard ebb tide that made for fast drifting conditions. We had action with all the usual suspects bringing some Fluke, Porgies, Sea Bass and Mackerel aboard.

Montauk Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass Capt Dave reports excellent fishing today on the Viking Starship. We had perfect conditions at the lighthouse and loaded up on mixed size fish with plenty of big scup mixed in. We then went to the SeaBass grounds where we had a slow pick with mixed size fish and some really big quality keepers. The pool winner was Peter Seabrooke from Kings Park, NY with a 3.3 lb Porgy.

1/2 Day Fishing – PM Capt Dave reports an okay day on the Viking Star. We did not have much action with Fluke since we had to stay in the calmer water due to the windy conditions. We did have a lot of action with SeaBass and Porgies and non-stop action with Mackerel and Sea Robbins. We had a tie for the pool with 3.11 lb Sea Bass between Dalton Wallace from Manipov, MI and Steve Bohnik from Yonkers, NY.
