Captain JR reports a very pleasant morning of catching onboard the Viking Star. We caught Seabass, Porgies, and Fluke keeping everyone on board busy all morning. There were plenty of keepers to give everyone a nice dinner tonight.

Mon July 7 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM
Capt Dave G reports a very good morning of fishing aboard the Viking Starlite. We had breezy conditions and a few storms in the area, but the fish were biting when we arrived at our spots. There are lots of sea bass in the area, with some real nice knotheads mixed in with the smalls. We ended up with a nice catch of keepers, along with a nice fluke. The pool winner was Gavin Garner from Asutin, TX, with a 3 lb Fluke.

Captain Dave reports another AMAZING day of fishing. The fish kept us busy and at the reels for the entirety of the trip. We reeled up plenty of nice-sized Flukes and Sea Bass. Congratulations to our pool winner, jonathan Hues from Maryland with a 3lb Seabass.

Captain Mike Ricker reports non-stop action all morning. There were loads of mix-sized fish. We were able to get a few keeper Sea Bass and some nice Porgies in the buckets. We had a lot of rods bending. It was a very nice morning on the water.
