1/2 Day Fishing AM Captain Dave G reports good fishing aboard the Viking Star this afternoon despite breezy conditions. There was lots of action and we had a nice mixed bag of fluke, porgies and seabass coming over the rails. The pool winner was Lauren Reilly from Yonkers NY with a 4lb fluke.

Night Striped Bass Capt Carl reports another struggle on the Bass grounds last night. It was similar to last Saturday nights trip where we marked them with our machines but they just did not want to eat. We only caught 1 short Bass for the entire night. We are cancelled tonight because of the high winds, but we will give it another try Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night and we hope and expect that they will turn back on again.
