Bass Charter
Captain Sarah reports a great morning of fishing aboard the Viking Stariper. There was wonderful bunch on board. Though it was a bit windy the anglers were still able to hook and land some impressive Striped Bass. They also brought in a pair of big blues. High fives and smiles all around!

1/2 Day Fluke AM
Capt Dave G reports a tough morning of fishing aboard the Viking Star in very breezy conditions. Still they managed a few keeper fluke along with sea bass and porgies. The first place pool winner was Ryan Rosati from West Islip New York with a 4.1lb Fluke. Followed closely by Peter DeMetropolis from Queens New York with a 4lb Fluke.

Montauk Jumbo Summer Porgies & Seabass
Captain Dave reports a good morning of Porgy fishing aboard the Viking Starship. There was lots of little fish to sift through but they still managed to get a lot of good sized fish. As well as lots of nice sized Porgies there were half a dozen Fluke and lots of Seabass up to 4lbs, everyone also reached their Seabass limits. The pool winner was Mark Cho from Manhattan NY with a 3.75 lb Porgy.

Montauk LongRange LTD Passenger Behemoth Night Striped Bass
Capt Carl reports another EPIC night of Giant Striped Bass catching tonight! The bite was on fire as soon as we started fishing with all quality moo cows bending the rods and hitting the decks! Once again, they were all big jumbo size in the 25-35 lb class, and we ended up Again with a full boat limit of behemoths! Gary “Big Fish” Young took the pool with a 44.7 pounder!
