 Behemoth
Capt Ant reports another incredible edible Behemoth trip.  Every drift landed at least one Moo Cow with most corralling  2-4 of the large inshore trophies.  The wind was a bit challenging but those who figured the bite had their limit.  Like Chris who was shut out during the day had the touch at night nailing 3 and losing a 4th at the boat.  Gary Bigfish had 3 to 35lbs, George Jehn had his limit ad dropped 3 others.  Frank Stoutenberg had 3 to 36lbs.  Bobbo Sr. was high unhook this trip, probably the bad Karma for poking fun at Bobbo Jr last trip.  He lost two at the boat.  Scott Goldman had a nice night until his favorite rod exploded on a big fish.  The pool fish was a solid 40lbs and second was 39.6lbs.
Honorable mention and Apple Bank player of the game goes to Steven Martinez who came out of retirement to work his least favorite species.  After the first drift Steven was overheard saying “thats the biggest Striped Bass I’ve ever seen in person.”  Welcome to Behemothland Steve!!!!  Spanky gaffed another 20 fish in the heart, fantastic job done by the entire crew!!!!
Keep your eyes posted to the website…I’m attempting to add an additional Behemoth trip next Wednesday from 730p-330a it’ll be posted sometime Saturday!!!!

Block Island Jumbo Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a good day on the porgy grounds today. We had a few more nicer sized porgies today and it was better porgy fishing than yesterday. We had tons of sea bass, along with some fluke and a few blues. Today’s first place pool winner was Christina Khan of Queens with a 3lb porgy and in second place was Joe Scaduto of Ronkonkoma with a 7.5lb fluke.

Fall Behemoth Bass & Blues
Capt Ant reports an excellent Behemoth Daytime Hunt. We averaged a bass per customer, with fish up to 30lbs. Jigs and eels produced and a few fish were lost in the sloppy conditions. We had plenty of gorilla blues and a few sea bass and scup on the jigs. Great morning! The pool winner and also “Limiter Outer” was 12 year old Jimmy Sullivan from Carmel NY.
