Local Cod
Captain Dave reports a very good day today fishing aboard the Viking Star. We had lots of action all day with all cod and just a few pollack. It was an excellent day of cod fishing! Today’s first place winner was Daniel Staniszewski of Lindenhurst with a nice 20lb cod and in second place was Paul Kerisli of Fresh Meadows with a 19lb cod. Unfortunately we are cancelled for tomorrow because of the weather, but keep an eye on our website for when we will sail next.
