Montauk Jumbo Spring Porgies
Captain Dave reports excellent fishing today with nice size porgies. It was really hot in the beginning of the trip, then the wind picked up and we found a spot to hide and had a solid pick. We also had striped bass, blue fish and fluke. The first place pool winner was Sam Bowens from Mahwah, NJ with a 4.3lb porgy. The edible pool winner was Pam Bowens from Lindenhurst, NY with a 15lb striped bass.
