Montauk Jumbo Summer Porgies and Seabass
Captain Dave reports a slow start to the day of fishing aboard the Viking Starship. There was a slow pick of Seabass up to 7.4 lbs. Then conditions got better and the Porgy fishing picked up and there ended up being a nice pick of porgies. The pool winner was Bob Morris from Amagansett NY with a 4lb porgy.

1/2 Day Fluke PM
Captain Steven reports an excellent day of fishing this afternoon aboard the Viking Star. There was tons of action from beginning to end and there was lots of fish for everyone to go home with. There was lots of Seabass and keeper fluke with a mess of porgies in the mix too. The first place pool winner was Tom Emerson from Smithtown with a 7lb Fluke and second place went to Guy Cervone from Garrison NY with a 4lb fluke.
