Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports an okay day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. We had lots of smaller fish today so we mad a couple moves and found a decent pick of mixed sized of both porgies and sea bass. Today’s first place pool winner was Samuel Gomez of Brentwood with a 2.5lb porgy.

Half Day Fluke AM
Capt Dave G reports a good morning of fishing aboard the Viking Star. The bite was on and lasted all morning. We had big keeper fluke, jumbo porgies and plenty of sea bass. The pool winners were David Hillman from Port Washington, NY with a 5,9 lb Fluke and Jim Kissmer from Ronkonkoma NY with a 5.75 lb Fluke.

1/2 Day Fluke PM
Capt Dave G reports a good afternoon of fishing aboard the Viking Star. We had great drift conditions and caught plenty of fluke, sea bass and porgies. The pool winners were Andrew Hershberger from Ringwoood New Jersey with a 6.75lb Fluke and Jim Kissmer from Ronkonkoma NY winning his second pool of the day with a 5.62lb Fluke.

LongRange Behemoth Striped Bass
Capt Carl reports a phenomenal night of bass fishing on the Viking Starship! From the first drift we started catching big quality Stripers and every drift after saw multiple hook ups with multiple moo cows. We had a capacity crowd and a full boat limit of bass mostly in the 20-30 lb class with  MANY over 30 lbs and a couple in the smaller class. The best part was having Jen Haase from East Northport, NY who came to enjoy her birthday on a beautiful and bountiful night of bass catching win the pool with a 37.5 pound moo cow linesider!
