1/2 Day Fluke – PM
Capt Sarah reports a wonderful afternoon aboard the Viking Stariper. We tried a different area then the AM trip and it paid off. Although the fluke bite was still a bit slow, the sea bass were chewing hard! We had lots of big beautiful sea bass filling up the buckets all afternoon. We did end up with a few nice fluke and all did go home with dinner. The pool winner had a nice 6.7 lb fluke, unfortunately he took off before we could get his info!

Montauk Jumbo Porgies & Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports improved fishing since yesterday. We fished the deeper water and caught bigger porgies than yesterday along with some nice sea bass. We also had some striped bass as well, but they were not in the pool. The pool winner was Ryan Syphrett from Baldwin, NY with a 4 lb porgy. The second place pool winner was Stan Augustine from Brookly, NY with a 10 lb bluefish.

1/2 Day Fluke – AM
Capt Sarah reports a slow day of fishing aboard the Viking Stariper. We searched for some keeper fluke and did end up with a few, but the bite was slow. We had good action but not many keepers overall. It was a beautiful day to be out on the water. The pool winner was Joseph Paoloni from Wappingers Falls, NY with a 5 lb fluke.
