Block Island Cod and Sea Bass – Limited Passenger
Capt Carl reports a fine day on the Viking Star.  We had plenty of big sea bass as well as jumbo scup which were everywhere we went.  We also had a couple handful of cod fish.  Overall it was a good day of fishing.  Today’s first place pool winner was Aaron Newcombe of Manorville, NY with a 9.6lb cod.  The edible pool winner today was Robert Kolloel of Brooklyn, NY with a 4.9lb sea bass.

Block Island Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports a tough day on Viking Starship.  We spent the morning searching, while catching small fish.  Eventually, we found a nice pile of fish with decent sized porgies and a few cod and sea bass mixed in.  There were less dogfish today but by afternoon the weather picked up and made us work for our catch.  We still managed to put together a good catch despite the slow morning and weather.  Today’s pool winner was Henry Logan of Brooklyn with a 3.4lb porgy.
