Montauk Spring Jumbo Porgies
Capt Dave reports a pretty good day for an early start to Porgy Season! It was a finicky bite due to the less than ideal conditions. The weather and east wind affected the catch today. There were a handful of nice sized Jumbo porgies. We are happy to get the first day in and are hoping for better conditions tomorrow. The pool winner was Alberto Rivera from Bronx, NY with a 4.1 lb porgy.
