Montauk Jumbo Spring Porgies
Capt Dave reports another good day of fishing on the Viking Star.  The morning started out slow, so we moved around quite a bit to find the fish.  Eventually, we threw the anchor and awaited it out!  It was well worth the wait as soon as the bite started it was on!  Lots of decent sized fish in the mix with less smalls than we have been seeing, we also had a few blue fish in the mix.   Today’s first place pool winner was Monski Momongan of Caldwell, NJ.  In second place today was Meptali Trasporte of the Phillippines.
