Montauk Spring Jumbo Porgies
Capt Dave reports very good fishing on the Viking Star. We started out with a slow pick of smaller fish and we stayed on them and the fish got bigger and bigger as the morning went on. We mostly had porgies, but there were a few bluefish and some throw back sea bass mixed in. The largest porgies weighed in from 3.5 to 4 pounds. We are sailing daily at 4am. The office opens at 3am for ticket sales.
