Night Striped Bass
Captain Carl was happy to report EXCELLENT fishing tonight on the bass boat. As predicted, the June Moon did not disappoint! We started off diamond jigging and saw excellent action with lots of striped bass and bluefish! The bass were ranging in sizes from lots of shorts to many over 20lbs! After it got dark, we switched over to live eels and saw great fishing as well with bigger striped bass caught over 30lbs and 2 over 40lbs! It was an epic night and we reached our full boat limit! We are looking forward to tomorrow night as well! Young man Jackson Busse from Glenhead, NY took the pool with a 43.7lb behemoth striped bass!
